The communication market is redefining itself. Here the area of direct communication in economics is becoming increasingly significant. Diverse sectors and service providers form networks, cooperate among themselves and provide new service areas with widely varying service profiles in order to cover market requirements. According to research carried out to date, the term “direct business communications” is used neither scientifically nor publicly. 

We define it as follows:

Direct business communications covers all measures for the exchange of information between widely varying interest groups with a view to economic benefit and targeted market activities relating to the direct and proximate address of defined target groups.”
